Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. We do not ship to other countries or regions at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Some exceptions apply:

  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned
  • Items marked as final sale cannot be returned
  • Items damaged due to misuse cannot be returned

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our customer service team at GulfTrend@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. You will receive a return authorization number and instructions within 2 business days
  3. Package the item securely, including the return authorization number inside the package
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We cannot guarantee availability of replacement items.

FAQ

My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?

First, check your order confirmation email for tracking information. If the tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office. If the tracking shows no movement for more than 5 days, please contact our customer service team.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
